Symptoms disappeared?

I'm 9weeks 4 days and I've noticed a lot of my symptoms have disappeared. This is my 5th pregnancy but 3rd baby and I don't even have a bloat belly yet where with even the 2 miscarriages I had some kind of bloating. My nausea is gone, my boobs aren't that sore and the only really symptom I have is peeing a lot. I'm really nervous because I have never felt this good and it's making me feel like I'm going to have another miscarriage. I almost wish I was puking all the time so I could actually feel pregnant. Has anyone else experienced this?
