Ok ladies I'm not sure if this is the right group to post this in, but I am super confused about the CM thing

Am I suppose to be checking daily? Or before BD? or both? Lol

It's usually milky but changes from milky to raw egg white before BD starts, ** TMI ahead. . Usually when I'm aroused ie: right before my DH and I have our BD and that's when it's like a raw egg white. . . I read that's the optimal consistency when TTC just not sure when it's suppose to be like that
