Blood clots!

So I just got my period and after having to deal with EXTREME pain for a few days (My doctor thinks I have endometriosis and that's probably why) so I thought everything would be normal, but this has to be the most heavy flow I've ever had. Constantly having blood clots (and they are huge, id say as long as a pinky finger and two pinkies thick) my tampon is almost slipping out itself because it's drenched, I feel very tired, light headed and I have no appetite yet I'm extremely hungry? Is this normal?
