My boyfriend is sick

Ok so my boyfriend is in North Carolina with his mom to visit his brother who is in the marines (who he doesn't particularly like) and he is really sick he comes back tomorrow night and I've been trying to make him smile but he's in a really bad mood and it makes me really sad to know he's like that how do I help him I've tried everything that usually helps him feel better but nothing's working he's like a zombie and he doesn't look good like here's a picture of what he usually looks like and one now he just looks almost dead how do I help him I miss his smile I haven't seen him smile in 5 days I just want him to be himself again
