Can too much caffeine mess up my BFs sperm count

We are TTC and I mean he consumes a LOT of caffeine. He says at work he buys an extra large coffee with 4 shots of espresso 😑 he's been doing this almost everyday for years, drinking multiple shots of espresso a day. He also eats a lot of fried food and is overweight. He doesn't smoke or drink though. Will this make it harder for us to conceive
