Too much spit up?

I breastfeed my baby girl. She's 2.5 weeks and has been cluster feeding the past couple days. But today she's been spitting up so much after feeds. Is it possible that she's spitting up too much to where she doesn't get enough milk to feel full? She seems to not want to stay off my boobs long enough to even sleep today..

You would be able to tell if her wet diapers decrease. Usually they don't spit up the full contents of what they take in. There is a growth spurt from 2-3 weeks. Does the spitting up bother her? Sometimes it bothers us more than baby. They call them happy spitters. You could try eliminating dairy from your diet if it's an issue for you. Their digestive systems need time to get stronger.
