10 DPO && bleeding and cramping. Implantation??

I'm 10DPO and AF should be coming on the 12th. I've been cramping for about 2 days and today I went to the bathroom and had some blood in my panties but when I wiped nothing! Not sure what to think. Hoping for a BFP in the next week or so!!
