Varicocele

This is my first time posting on the community page. I'm typically a pretty private person but was curious to know if any couples with male fertility issues, specifically varicocele, have gotten pregnant? How long did it take? Did you have to intervene with fertility treatments? Just wanted to get some perspective as my husband has varicocele in one testicle and because it is quite large, it worries me that getting pregnant naturally isn't going to happen for us. Thanks for all the responses and insight in advance.
