Sudden brown spots on two front teeth

I noticed these brown spots on my two front teeth yesterday. They seemed to appear literally out of nowhere, I was in the bathroom at work washing my hands when I smiled at myself in the mirror and noticed them. Sorry for the terrible pic but they are pretty noticeable. They do not hurt and they are not a different texture at all. What could this be? I do drink coffee, but have for years and have never had this issue. I have also whitened my teeth in the past with no issue. I plan on calling my dentist tomorrow but they usually book you for weeks later. Please help!
