Bleeding, when should I worry?

I'm about 6weeks and 3 days pregnant with my first baby. I haven't yet made an appointment because I just found out 2 days ago. This morning I noticed I was spotting and it was pinkish but went to the bathroom not to long ago and it's gotten a little darker but still spotting I've been having cramps the last couple days, should I worry?

Baby is still doing good they are going to recheck my HCG levels in a couple day and let me know either way. But DR didn't seem to concerned which is a slight relief. So fingers crossed that baby stays where he/she needs to be to grow until around April 27th. 💜❤️😬

I had spotting today and last week. Went to the ER saw a heartbeat. Only when I wiped and it was pink. I know how you feel, I wish your u the best and keep us updated! Also if your ER is like mine. They will do the Us and they can't tell you anything! Until a doctor comes in so be prepared to wait. If they are like mine.
