Sharp left side pain...

Hey ladies! So I've been having very sharp pains under my left rib cage off an on for a few months now...maybe longer. (Not good at going to a dr) and it seemed like it was only during ovulation but tonight it hit me really hard (not ovulating) and took my breath away, which it always does. Any ideas on what it could be? I thought maybe ovarian cysts but now I'm worried it may be pancreatitis!! Going to make an OB appt I'm overdue anyways. Any insight is appreciated! (Btw I'm not pg.)
