Help me😩

Okay so this guy that Ive known since last year he used to like me and I liked him or as I still do, and he knows I still like him, but he uses me and I already know it to. Like last time I was going through some stuff and just wanted him to come over and talk but eventually that led to other stuff. But I just can't take it anymore and I don't know what to do like I've even asked him do you even care about me and his response is "idk" like it's a yes or no question omg and then he always says "he doesn't date" and he wants me and him to be friends with benefits like tf is that bs. But I just don't know what to do and I have a class with him and he just casually chooses to sit by me. But I just wanna make him have respect not only for me but others and make him care about others but I mean you can't change a person they have to change themselves but ladies pls help me out I don't know if I should just drop him or what😭
