Don't feel attractive

Iam only 13 weeks pregnant and I already feel so fat and unattractive,with my son I always felt cute in my little belly I loved it ,I always got ready and dressed up from head to toe and with this baby I just feel fat and not feeling it Iam always slumped I've let myself go like I don't even do my make up anymore because In my head I just think "what's the difference " my SO always reminds me that Iam beautiful etc but I don't feel it , is anyone going through this or has went through this ? Advice please ?:/
