Sizing? Victoria Secret

Question

Do you just go in and find a random worker and ask to be sized or? 
I don't know how this works.
And I don't know my boob size.
Also, how does "sizing" go like what do they do, and what's the process? Is it uncomfortable feeling? 
I have anxiety and want to know before I do this.
Do the workers judge you? 
Anything you know, please share!

Don't be scared, they do it SO often so it's not a big deal at all! I worked at VS and loved being able to help women find exactly what they need. Don't feel anxious! It's their job to help! ☺

They offer to size me every time i take a bra into the fitting room. All you have to do is say yes or no (it's free if you didn't already know). Also they will size you over your shirt, and often tell you exactly what they're doing before they do it so it's not awkward. Then they'll offer to find a bra in your size, if you don't already have the correct size. 
I have anxiety too, and I also find things like this difficult (especially if i don't know every little detail ahead of time). However, it's super fast, easy, and informative, with no judgement whatsoever :)

If you have a measuring tape you can just measure yourself.. the band size is the measurement right under your boobs, the cup size is the difference in inches between the band and the measurement taken when measuring around your your boobs at nipple level.. so like for me, when I measure under my boobs I'm like a 32-33 and like a 34-35 around my boobs so I'm generally a 32 or 34B and like an xs in bralettes..some people say that Victoria's Secret sizing is wrong, but every store does their sizing for everything differently

Just ask the worker if they have time to measure you they will take you back to a dressing room take measurements then go grab some samples for you to try to see how they fit on you and recommend different styles for you thats pretty much it
