Yes because cloth diapers alone are expensive and probably account for $100 of that. But if you don't plan on clothing, don't do the deal.

If they are the full all in one cloth diapers then good deal, but I'd lower the sock/mitten/hat amounts, personally ours hates his hands and feet being covered and pulls everything off so I was stuck with a ton he didn't wear

You can find better deals on carters.com, and they are really good clothes. That's a bit much for what you've listed. 
I wouldn't buy a lot till after you have a shower (if you decide to have one) cause people tend to get bigger clothes too.! I bought my son 2 of the big garbage bags full of clothes, and I paid I think 30$? And they ranged maybe newborn to 6 month.
