Could I be pregnant? Or just a delayed period

I've had a lot of pregnancy symptoms but I also get those when AF is coming so I can't really tell weather it's pg or af the only difference I've noticed this cycle is that I've gotten nausea badly an mild cramps usually before af starts I have horrible horrible cramps an I am currently 2 days late
