No judging

I just had a baby almost 8 weeks ago, and before I got pregnant my appetite was really good it was normal I wasn't overeating. Then once I got pregnant, a little bit I was but only gained 20 lbs though and I lost 16 lbs. After I gave birth... everything changed. I had no appetite I had to force myself to eat every single day and I still do, I just can't even eat I don't even feel hungry and when I do eat/don't eat I feel so nauseous so matter what. I don't know if this is normal or not.

A loss of appetite is often a sign of depression. It could obviously be something else, but given the fact you recently had a baby might be worth exploring whether or not you are facing post partum depression or anxiety.

I'd reach out to your doctor again. It could be as simple as you need a different prescription or dosage or something. I'm not a doctor so I don't know but I would bring it up for sure! In the meantime try to select foods high in protein and calories so that when you are eating your are getting what you need! High in calorie doesn't have to mean high in fat either (like a sweet potato for example)

My doctor told me I had both, and I'm on medication for it.

I would reach out to maybe your doctor and let them know. Especially because you're no longer pregnant. I have severe HG, and so the nausea just sticks around day after day. I'm 35 weeks on thurs. Keep in mind that your body has been through a lot also, so maybe it's not uncommon to feel this way. Better to check though than assume.

I have told my doctor but he didn't seem concerned but now it's getting worse
