I got a fetal echo at 25 weeks. I will be 27 on Friday. The doctor told me that he thought everything looked good, except he was saying something about the parts of the heart that are open (supposed to be) he thinks might not close as she grows so IF that did happen she'd have to get heart surgery. But he kept saying he doesn't necessarily think it would happen.

Today however I got a call saying another hospital with better heart monitoring wants to take over my ultrasounds and I'll be getting them there now because they are worried about heart defects.

I am stressing out and no one is telling me anything and I didn't think my baby had a heart defect because the doctor said it wasn't one but slim chance there could be on later on? Do you think he further investigated and changed his mind?? Any experience with this??
