My old friend is a meth addict.

In august, she drove to a big city in kentucky and was high on meth, hit 3 parked cars with her 8 month old in the car. She passed out at the wheel. She has court this month, and is already on probation for theft in a different county.

What are the odds of her going to jail. Her boyfriend (baby's dad) was involved too.

Her parents have emergency custody of the baby.
