Help!! I can't get anything done!

My daughter is 13 months and climbs and walks. Her playpen was my life line, but now it's useless because she climbs right out of it. She uses her feet as hands. My father lives with me and helps when he can but he sleeps through the day so he's not much help during the day. Does anyone have any ideas on playpens or something I can contain her in? ANY advice is appreciated! Thought about staying up all night and doing stuff then, but that won't work. I have a 10 year old who needs to get up for school.
