Anybody else?
This is a total tmi tbh but does anyone else get both constipation and diarrhea when they're on their periods?
I feel like I'm constantly jumping up and running to the bathroom but once I'm there I only go a little bit and then I can't get any more out!
Just wondered if this happens to anyone else, and if it does, how do you handle it?
