How can you tell if you ovulated?

I feel like I don't ovulate ever. but I'm not sure what the symptoms are. Can anyone help me out? I do get pinching cramps on my right mostly but sometimes left pelvic area but it happens a lot not just a day it will be random throughout my cycle

Your basal temperature raises and remains higher until your next period. Your hormones surge which releases the egg - you can test this with ovulation kits. Hope it helps.

Thanks! I've took 5 opk last cycle starting 2 days after my period and they were all positive so I'm not sure if I trust those but I've heard that can be a sign of pcos so that's why I'm asking :(
