Stage 4 Endo and IUI with injectables

I have been TTC for 4 years now with zero luck. Went to the RE Dr in March 17, had surgery May 1st. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis. He burned off about 85% and then put me on 3month Lupron. I am currently waiting for my period to come back. (Lupron should have been out of my system Aug 1st, but still no sign of period returning) once my period comes back we will be doing IUI with injectables. I would love to hear stories from anyone with a similiar situation. Whether happy or sad outcomes.
