Advice needed.

Been taking vitex and a prenatal for about 2 months-- early last week, I noticed a clear liquid discharge to which husband and I were intimate. Clear discharge occurred for about 3-4 days... sex every other day but multiple times each time. Couple of days later, my nipples are so tender, they feel as though they're being twisted. They're super sensitive. Never had this before. Not during my first pregnancy (11 years ago) or during

AF time (before or after).

Took ept test on Saturday, bfn.

Still no af, little to no cramps (I'm very irregular- last cycle was in May)..... any advice would help!! 😊
