I have a hard stool and TMI it's still in me but it's like not coming out! What do I do I never had this happen before!

Update: TMI but it's out, I have a eating disorder and I don't usually get a lot of fiber or vitamins in. I don't use laxatives so I had none on deck. Definitely going to have stool softeners and laxatives on deck at all times for now on. Thank you guys for your help and time. I mean using the bathroom is something we all do so it's nice to see people helping. :)
