How can I find out if I'm allergic to WASPS and BEES

So my mum said I'm allergic to them ( when I was young ) I've had no contact with her since being a small child but apparently I'm allergic to them.. my dad has no clue. but I have no epi pen or nothing so whenever I see wasps and bees I shit myself and start running Being scared So how do I find out if I'm allergic to them what can I do?
