Me and my husband live in a council together and he's an alcoholic.. Been giving me mental and emotional abuse for years. I couldn't take no more and he refused to leave so I had to with my kids. So anyway he begged and begged me to come back I loved my house so much it was my kids home so I came back.. He said he would stop drinking he promised me everything would stop! He's still drinking and now it's gotten so much worse. Every argument we have he keeps telling me it's his house and to get out he don't want me and kids back!

What do I do.?

Can I still fight for my house even though I left. My name is still on it.

I can't carry on anymore, when he is drunk he is a horrible bully towards me(hasn't physically hit me) his words are enough.. please help?
