What is your "it's too early to be awake" snack?
I'm standing in the dark kitchen at 6AM with the stove light on having almond butter and ritz crackers because my bladder woke me up.
Apparently after not being able to fall back asleep for an hour and a half my body thinks it's time for breakfast. Started getting that empty-stomach-nauseas feeling so I had to get up and get something!
