No AF yet?

Okay so I am due on my AF today, and 2 days ago I took a home pregnancy test. This came back negative...
I'm not sure whether to take another one? As Iv already had a negative. Please help. 
Does the HCG vary in different woman? 
And I would like to know when you ladies had a positive, how long did it take you after your missed AF to get a positive?

Yes, HCG levels are different among women. Two women can be the same amount of weeks yet have different HCG levels. It's kind of frustrating, but that's why you see some women get early positives and not others.

Hang in there.. wait a day or two before you test again. I know some women say they get BFP before AF due date... but generally... you get BFP after your AF date. 
I'm 4 days late for AF, didn't test coz I wanted to wait a week. 
AF showed up like literally 10 mins ago. I'm so disappointed 😔 baby dust to you ✨

I feel the same way. I just hope and pray every month. Still no sign of AF and I just don't want to test to be disappointed. 
If I tested two days ago and it was negative will some HCG levels have gone up if I am pregnant?
