How can I not get upset when he doesn't want it?

Yesterday I was totally off my period and was horny as hell because he won't have period sex with me, anyway, I jumped on his lap and made out with him but then I stopped and opened my eyes and his face expression was like "ugh fuck my life" and when he saw me looking he switched face expressions so I immediately got off him and asked what was the matter.
