4 weeks pp and vagina

So I had a tear down there and got stitched up but that's healed... and I'm no longer bleeding.. I've been afraid of being loose so I stuck a finger down there to see and like it feels loose... is this normal at 4 weeks pp? Will it eventually not feel loose? I didn't have sex throughout my whole pregnancy up to this day and don't plan on it for a minute.. I'm just worried my vagina is forever loose...
