Sharp Pinching

hi! we have been trying for baby #2 for 6months now and AF is supposed to show up on Friday. all day today I have had pretty bad sharp pinching on the left side of my abdomen. the pinching only lasts a few seconds at a time and then goes away... typically before AT I get the "burning" all over type cramps but this is new! it feels similar to ovulation cramps rather than AF.... has anyone else felt This? I have also had sore nipples / boobs off and on and I have been hella bloating all month which is not normal either. I also have had way more acne than I ever do typically. ahhh
