need answers asap!

I've had sex with my S/O a lot with no form of bc. We didn't have sex during my ovulation days but almost every day besides then. I have had some pregnancy symptoms but could also be pms symptoms. Today, after sex, my S/O was cleaning himself off and noticed a light brown, basically orange colored discharge. We both realized it came from me but my period is due in 3 days. Could I be pregnant or is this just pms symptoms?
