Concerned bout boob??

I looked online. All I can read is cancer this and cancer that. I was wondering if this is normal or if I should get it checked. I've had it about 2 months. Some of my glands get some white pus I squeeze out and the doctor said before that it was normal but never called about this bump. It feels like a small ball.

I would like to add that there is absolutely no head on this. I have taken a needle and tried to see if it was a pimple and nothing came out like the rest do.
