Baby schedule
So my daughter is going to be 3 weeks on Tuesday and so far we don't have a sleeping schedule just because my mom told me my little one should wake up on her in instead of me waking her up ever 3 hours. (What I was told to do at the hospital). I do both breastfeeding/pump < when I can and formula. I'm going back to work in 3 weeks and I feel like I should have a schedule for her but I'm not sure what to do. FTM here so please don't judge.
