Could this be breast cancer should she worry

So I am posting this for my sister. She is 29 and has never had a child before. She has a lump on her left breast and her nipples both are leaking discharge. She went to the doctors and the doctor mentioned the leaking as galactorrhea and mentioned Paget's disease. She is scheduled for an ultrasound. Is it normal to have discharge out of the nipples if you aren't breast feeding? She is really upset and thinks it's breast cancer. I said I would reach out to ladies on here who can give reassurance and are helpful😊
