Need shaving help and recommendations!!!

My razor and my shaving cream are failing me. I have really sensitive skin, so I can have zero fragrance. But my shave doesn't even last 24 hour anymore!! I shaved this morning (with a new head) and my legs are prickly and my arm pits as well!! This never used to happen!! When I'm shaving my armpits it doesn't even feel like it's getting the hair, my razor doesn't even move swiftly across it gets like stuck. Please help! Tell me what you use!! Also tell me in what direction you shave your pits?? Please and thank you 😭😭😭
