Numbers creeping out of range
34 weeks and I'm starting to lose control of my numbers. I'm hitting around 156 after most meals and need to be under 140. I have 2 more days to try to get them back in control without medication and I'm struggling. I think part of it is that our air quality is so bad due to all the fires that I haven't been walking as much.
Plan for tomorrow is to walk target and window shop. Or Costco. Maybe just incorporate store walks every day? It's so hard. Any suggestions?
