Could this be labor?

About an hour ago I began having fairly bad menstrual like cramps. I've gone to the bathroom today so I know it's not that. A lot of the pain is in my back. I don't think they're contractions (I've never had one so I don't really know what to expect) 
I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow and my doctors office is closed for the day. Should I call labor and delivery?

It could be Braxton hicks or it could be pre labor.. How far apart are the pains? Does it make it hard for you to do anything when the pains hit? Are you hydrated?

I had back labor with my babies. Feels like severe menstrual cramps at first. I would at least call but preferable go in.

Yes call. I stood in bed for an hour and half convincing myself that the "menstral pains" I was feeling weren't contractions. Just wait they'll get more intense and then you'll know lmao
