Would you ever be Friends with benefits with your ex?

I caught my ex cheating on me months ago. He admitted to me he has a sex addiction which I knew and I had a feeling he was cheating the whole time I just never had proof. I'm planning on staying single for a while and I'm not gonna get back with him but he's like really good at sex so I was just wondering if it'll be okay to just strictly have sex with him (with a condom of course). I haven't talked to him about it yet but I'm sure he will be fine with it.
