cramping.
i've been on the xulane birth control patch since february. it helped so amazingly with my cramps and even regulating my cycle. today is my first period being off of the patch because i couldn't get the refill my cramps absolutely suck😩 they're back to being as bad as they were before the patch. why does this happen! why does the bc medicine help so much but without it it's painful.. i'll never understand.
