Attracting men because of... my period??

Okay this sounds weird, but I don't know how else to explain it haha. Every time, like on the first or second day of my period I attract men. Like last month I was at work, I looked decent, like four guys approached and flirted with me and asked for my number. And today was the first day of my period. I was shopping, and looked bummy as hell, no makeup, pimples and hyper pigmentation everywhere, and yoga pants on because I was working out, and guys still came up to me flirting with me. Like whaaaaaaat? Is this a thing? Has it ever happened to you?
