Depressed with PCOS

So until past year I've always gotten my periods monthly, not very regular but they always showed up eventually. Since January 2017 I have had my period once in June (found out I have pcos) which was hell because I had such cramps and pains I could hardly bear it. Havent gotten periods ever since. Feeling like shit though, Im having "period pain" everyday and they just wont show up. I had an echo about 3w ago and my gyn told me I would get my period in the next 10d. Not happening. 😭😭
