Sex after MC

Has anyone who had a miscarriage struggle being intimate with your SO after? All I think about it last time I got pregnant and then quickly after think about miscarrying. Really struggling and it's affecting our relationship. He is trying to be so patient and has, but I can tell it's eating at him 😔
