How do you make up after an argument ?

My boyfriend and I got into a crazy argument and haven't spoken since. I apologized. He's said he's forgiven me but I don't know if he wants to talk to me or not but I really do miss him. Any ideas of how I can help bring us closer and heal this wedge between us?

I mean it was bad. Like break up bad even though we decided by the end of the day we wanted to work towards being together because it's worth it. We just haven't spoke today nor do we live together.
