help me choose my dress!

i look hag...stupid people taking pictured when you are unaware... i promise im pretty hahaha! but im stuck between 2 dresses! helllp! i like the top of the first one but the bottom of the poofy one omg... in looove

UPDATE: okay girls i am soo greatful for the responses. i think since im unsure that we will continue my search for my wedding dress! i do reallt love the poofy dress but i would love for the top to come down more to my hips. sooo let the search continue! i am so excited! but i am also kind of scared because i am just so dress picky!
