How much to pay the baby sitter

She pick up my son from the daycare where she works to my apartment and each time we meet in the entrance.
Please help me calculate 🤷🏻♀️ I don't want to under pay her, it is my first time.
She dropped him to the apartment 3 times, and the driving distance is 13 minutes.
