Anyone in the military? Separation and Divorce situation

My husband, is going to Korea we are separated. He gets BAH w/ dependents and I get without. But he doesn't take care of our daughter, I do. So he's collecting waaaay more money renting a room while I'm getting paid way less and taking care of her.

He's soon going to Korea and will get family separation pay, but he doesn't take care of his family. He doesn't wanna sign the separation agreement, or custody agreement he just doesn't care. What can I do to get more money, don't even want spousal support just what's entitled to me, in order to sufficiently support our children (3 Weeks Pregnant) I know I'm so stupid, I drank to much and boom 😭 I wish I could take it back. Our bad situation just got worse. We really can never be on the same page.
