Flu shot

I got my flu shot Thursday on doctors recommendations her saying it's best for me and baby. Well Friday/Saturday I was congested. Today (Sunday) I have diarrhea and an upset tummy on top of congestion. My husband said it's just the flu shot working. I'm worried it may hurt baby. I mean he's active but I don't know. I don't usually get the flu shot. Also I live in Ga and we are preparing for tropical storm and tornados. Lots of places are closed and I don't know if diarrhea is enough to bother my doctor.
