Wasted Time

So my BF & I been together for 3 1/2 years & EVERY summer he break up with me. He always says he need time or he not in the right head space. I'm 26 & he is 25. He got locked up & did 9 months back in 2015. Guess who was there I WAS. Guess who gave his mom money to help her out I DID. I've done way more than I should've as a GF.. Anyway so today we talked & he goes I'm not in the right head space for a relationship. I said oh but your ass needed me when you was behind bars & didn't have crap right. Of course he says yea. So I told him today I was DONE WASTING MY TIME & he would never see me again. He said he wanted to be friends & he's very upset.
